I typically ship 1 to 2 business days after your order is paid for. I insure all shipments to the USA (50 states and DC only) through the United States Postal Service. I ship 'Signature Required' for sales of $200 or more. Message me to request exceptions to meet your needs.
International shipments are not insured and are at the buyer's risk. If you prefer to upgrade to International shipping via insured FedEx, please request a shipping upgrade quote prior to checkout. International parcels are subject to customs fees and import taxes which are the buyer's responsibility after the sale. I encourage international buyers to provide me their phone number via etsy messages or via a note at checkout, to add to your shipping label.

I accept returns. Items must be returned by insured mail and they must be returned in the exact condition that they arrived to you. You will receive a full refund, minus the actual cost of shipping, including the packaging cost.
If you are located in the US, or anywhere besides the EU, you have 3 days from delivery to contact me regarding a return. Returns must me shipped back within 7 days of arrival.
If you are in the EU, you have 14 days from delivery to contact me regarding a return.
Customized or personalized listings are not eligible for a return. Items that are polished per your request are considered customized and are not eligible for returns.
Returns and exchanges are limited to only one per customer.
Additional options, such as ring sizing and polishing, are not included in your purchase unless otherwise specified. Let us know if you have any special requests regarding any customization.
